Job Summary:
We are seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to support and deliver learning programs, contribute to talent development, and align initiatives with business goals. This role involves facilitating training, managing projects, addressing learning challenges, and promoting a continuous learning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Delivery: Facilitate and deliver learning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Independently plan and execute training programs, meeting learner needs.
2. Learning Strategy: Contribute to talent development by aligning learning programs with business needs and identifying innovative solutions.
3. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of learning programs.
4. Quality & Improvement: Manage program quality, assess effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Learning Culture & Advocacy: Champion learning values and foster a learning-focused environment across business areas.
6. Integration & Localization: Ensure alignment with organizational goals and localize training content to meet regional needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Adult Education: Expertise in adult learning principles and designing engaging programs.
2. Business & Technical Acumen: Ability to understand business needs, technologies, and strategic goals.
3. Digital Learning: Experience with digital learning methods (eLearning, AR, VR, machine learning).
4. Program Design & Facilitation: Ability to design and facilitate learning programs for diverse audiences.
5. Learning Journeys: Knowledge of structuring learning experiences that address developmental gaps.
6. Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience with LMS for tracking and managing educational content.
7. Psychological Principles: Understanding of learning psychology (behavioural, cognitive, constructive).
8. Lesson Planning & Microlearning: Ability to design structured lessons and microlearning strategies.
9. Training Localization: Ability to adapt training for different regional and cultural contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in corporate learning and development, especially in tech or business transformation.
2. Familiarity with talent development programs and tools.
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business, HR, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
