A senior finance professional is sought by a rapidly expanding construction company in Dublin to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver quarterly site forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic models.
* Lead the annual strategic business planning process.
* Manage monthly close and group reporting activities.
* Collaborate with departments to understand performance and provide insights.
* Design and share relevant reporting metrics and KPIs across the business.
* Participate in delivering monthly financial insights on business performance, including site analysis and key metrics.
* Identify areas of continuous improvement for the FP&A team, including technology enhancements.
* Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements:
* Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience in FP&A.
* A self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
* Proven ability to build effective partnerships with all stakeholders.
* Experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and critical KPI analysis.
* Excellent analytical skills derived from education and work experience.
* Familiarity with business tools/systems, particularly planning and analytics tools such as JET Reporting, Power BI, and Solver.
* Advantageous: experience in the construction industry or project-based forecasting.
