Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Michelin Plate awarded Carriage House team at Adare Manor.
The Carriage House is an all-day eatery with five dining zones offering flexible, seasonally-inspired menus and highly acclaimed signature dishes. Our team prides themselves on creating the highest standards of genuine heartfelt service.
We are looking for a candidate who will work in collaboration with our leadership team to enhance our guest service, providing a strong floor presence and welcoming approach.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver superior service and maximise guest engagement
* Gather guests feedback, resolve guest issues and recommend improvements
* Organise and supervise shifts
* Remain hands on throughout the entire shift and assist as needed
* Hold the team accountable to our Beyond Everything standards whilst remaining hands on and leading by example
* Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items
* Control operational costs and identify measures to minimise waste
* Train new and current team members on the agreed sequence of service
* Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
* Additional responsibilities as provided by Senior Leadership in The Carriage House
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role
* Strong leadership presence and proactive hands on role in engaging with guests and supporting colleagues
* Inspirational leader passionate about creating highly energised teams for world class service
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Able to work in pressured environment with high expectation guests
* Extensive knowledge of food and beverage
* Commercially astute with solid financial awareness
