John Kelly Opel Waterford is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Aftersales Service Advisor to join our team. This vital role is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing all service-related inquiries and processes efficiently and professionally.
The role includes:
1. Managing customer's service appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
2. Dealing with customer queries regarding service and repair in person and by phone in an efficient and courteous manner.
3. Ensuring accurate and timely management of all invoicing for services undertaken.
4. Ensuring the completion of warranty obligations in line with company standards.
5. Liaising with the department manager to address and resolve any customer complaints, following up in accordance with dealership procedures.
6. Engaging with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
7. Performing any other appropriate activities as specified by the Service Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in a customer-based role (experience in a similar role in the motor industry is preferable but not necessary).
2. Experience in managing customer accounts.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software.
6. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
