My client, an accountancy practice in North Dublin, is hiring a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with an interest in corporate finance, seeking hands-on experience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and sell-side mandates.
Duties Prepare due diligence and ad hoc reports to support clients during transactions.
Analyse financial statements to assess financial performance.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information.
Gather key data and explanations from clients during assignments.
Create business plans, financial projections, and reports for clients.
Conduct research and present findings to clients or third parties.
Draft internal and external communication materials.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
Manage internal reports to track the status of assignments.
Support various ad hoc tasks as required.
About You Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in Corporate Finance (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
