Job Title: Stores Operative
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is a key position within the TES Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comply with Departmental KPI's.
* Assist the purchasing department in controlling and administering supplies.
* Ensure all tools/equipment are properly signed out and returned.
* Verify delivery notes for accuracy.
* Maintain accurate paperwork and SAGE information for all goods in Stores.
* Track and monitor stock levels as required by Workshop demand.
* Track and monitor stock levels as required by Site demand.
* Report problems, concerns, incidents & accidents to management promptly.
* Identify and implement solutions/improvements/preventative action where possible.
* Operate forklift trucks as required.
* Assist in maintaining a good level of housekeeping and considering health and safety at all times.
* Prepare & present information for ISO9001 / ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
* Use Company vehicles according to Road Traffic Order & Company Drivers Policy.
* Perform security duties - gates / bollards etc.
* Procure & deliver PPE to employees.
* Liaise closely with accounts department and assist in financial audits.
* Hold key holder duties.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8am - 5.00pm | Friday: 8am to 2pm.
