By joining our Data, Analytics and AI team you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and help clients deliver bigger, more impactful transformation that lasts.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs a Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading engagements within the Data Strategy and Transformation service offering within PwC’s Data, Analytics & AI Consulting’s team. You’ll engage directly with clients and lead teams delivering multi-year transformation programmes.Role & Responsibilities:Engage with senior leadership at clients to deliver multi-year transformation programmes and set the data strategy agenda. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations.Act as a technical SME to develop solutions and strategies to solve complex data challenges.Provide deep technical knowledge and guide junior team members to ensure compliance with data transformation best practices.Identify innovative solutions utilising leading data analytics technologies and approaches (e.g. AI and machine learning integration, cloud data solutions, data collaboration and sharing, data democratisation).Lead the creation, maintenance and implementation of strategic roadmaps, principles, standards and reference architectures within the Data sphere.Work with IT executives to define, understand and document the Data strategy and desired Data capabilities; iterate new capabilities in future-state data technologies in support of business strategy.As a Senior Manager in PwC, you will also be expected to:Lead and contribute to the response of proposals to clients across industries.Participate in business development activities to identify opportunities on new/existing clients.Develop market awareness of PwC’s technology brand and service offerings.Lead, train, coach and supervise a small team of technical resources.Lead the financial management of engagements.Establish strong working relationships with senior business, technology and change management stakeholders, in the capacity of a trusted advisor on Data matters.Communicate the practical implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to executive, business, technical delivery and IT management stakeholders.Your Profile:Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within a consulting or professional services environment.3+ years experience in designing and implementing Data Transformations.Minimum 8 years experience in solution design and technical delivery with at least 1 year managing data transformation implementations (e.g. integration, database, business logic, infrastructure, and non-functional considerations).BA/BS degree in Information System Management, Computer Science and/or equivalent experience with Data Architecture frameworks e.g. TOGAF.Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, highly changeable environments. Able to thrive in self-directed workplaces.Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore.Experience mentoring junior team members and managing day-to-day activities of the team.Knowledge of key data trends (e.g. AI and machine learning integration, cloud data solutions, data collaboration and sharing, data democratisation).Unlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together!
