A large-scale client of ours within the facilities services industry are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead its training strategy and drive employee growth. You'll play a key role in developing innovative learning programs, ensuring compliance, and creating a culture of continuous development.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the annual learning & development strategy, aligning with business goals
* Oversee the end-to-end training process, ensuring mandatory and professional development programs are delivered effectively
* Manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering collaboration with HR and operational leaders.
* Design and deliver engaging, innovative training that enhances employee skills and supports career progression
* Monitor and ensure compliance with training requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting
* Leverage technology to enhance e-learning opportunities and explore new learning methodologies
* Collaborate with senior management to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning programs
* Oversee training audits and contribute to industry awards and best practice initiatives
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development role in a high volume fast paced industry such as Facilities, Catering, Security, Retail, Hospitality etc.
* A relevant training qualification and a passion for talent development
* Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs
* Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in L&D technology platforms and e-learning systems
