This position is a contract role that typically lasts for 11 months.
Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in a field related to engineering, such as mechanical or manufacturing engineering, is required.
* At least 2-5 years of experience are necessary, with automated manufacturing experience being an advantage.
* Equipment qualification and validation are desired skills.
Responsibilities:
* The Validation Engineer will contribute to the development of new products through NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
* They will provide support for project validation, including conducting risk assessments (FMEA), creating requirements and qualification plans for new equipment, and executing validation studies.
* They will author project validation master plans, SOPs, and documentation updates, as well as create validation protocols and final reports.
* They will resolve technical issues encountered during study execution and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* They will identify process bottlenecks and devise solutions to resolve them, provide hands-on support for product and process development, and maintain and fix process equipment.
