Job Description
Morgan McKinley is seeking a skilled MEP Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for leading electrical activities and ensuring the Health and Safety of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Align electrical activities to ensure safe completion and prioritize Health and Safety at all times.
* Lead by example and promote Company-specific Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Familiarize yourself with hazardous energies and site-specific management strategies.
* Track systems installation to ensure compliance with specification and program needs.
* Understand project-specific commissioning requirements and develop Commissioning Implementation Plans (CIPs).
* Complete site quality inspections to ensure Electrical & CSA works conform to relevant requirements.
* Cordinate rooms and areas to meet CSA and MEP Quality standards and requirements.
* Ensure stakeholders receive necessary information to progress systems installation.
* Manage contractors and vendors to complete works successfully and streamline execution.
* Review master construction schedule to identify opportunities and sequencing.
* Review Temporary Power system to ensure it meets ongoing construction and commissioning requirements.
* Chair and input into onsite and offsite meetings with relevant project stakeholders.
* Issue weekly progress and costs report.
* Manage sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
Requirements:
* 3rd Level Building Services / Electrical Engineering Degree and/or Trade background.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a site-based MEP role.
* Experience working on hyperscale Data Centers.
* Excellent IT skills.
