Job Summary
This is a business-critical role that involves preparing and consolidating the company's management accounts, project contracts, taxation, and payroll administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management and administration across the business, dealing with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project contract analysis and administration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Accounts Preparation
o Preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts for rigorous reporting deadlines
o Examining accounts, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other month-end processes
o Weekly and monthly cash flow reporting
o Budgeting and forecasting reports
* Maintain the VWT Ireland Performance Management System
o Maintain the VWT IE Scorecard to support our strategic growth, encompassing the following areas: Financial, Commercial, Operational, Working Capital, Installed Base
* Project & Service Contract Administration
o Update and upload projects and service contracts to the internal ERP system, ensuring current revisions are always maintained
o Monitor the implementation of project and service contracts to ensure successful delivery according to customer requirements and to achieve gross margin targets
o Monitoring project and service contract invoicing and client payments to ensure adequate working capital targets
* Taxation Preparation
o Assistance with the preparation and submission of the annual corporation tax returns, including tax settlements
o Preparation and submission of VAT and RCT returns
o Preparation and submission of Intrastat and VIES returns
* Financial Administration
o Perform administrative duties to ensure the required efficient and effective operation of the Finance function
o Maintained company ERP system to ensure all data is always up-to-date
o Participate in company Stock Checks as required
