Job Title: Estimator
Salary: €40,000 - €80,000 + Package

You are a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in full turnkey projects. We are working with a leading modular contractor based in West Ireland and they are seeking both a junior and senior Estimator to join their commercial team.
About the Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality, full turnkey solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for modular construction projects.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine costs.
* Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and manage procurement.
* Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as an Estimator, ideally from a main contracting background.
* Knowledge of full turnkey construction projects is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Open to candidates at both junior and senior levels-training and development provided.
