Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximise revenue.
Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
Must have proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
