Customer Service and Operations Representative
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the rental process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional responses.
* Process rental orders, including reservation creation, vehicle allocation, and transportation, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Coordinate the pick-up and return of rental vehicles, conducting pre- and post-rental vehicle inspections through our Car-Check app.
Rental Process Management:
* Monitor and manage the availability of rental vehicles to ensure sufficient inventory.
* Collaborate with suppliers to address maintenance needs, repairs, and fleet logistics.
* Manage vehicle movements, local deliveries, and collections (clients and suppliers), ensuring proper fueling of vehicles.
Customer Awareness:
* Educate customers on rental policies, safety guidelines, and the proper use of rental vehicles.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the automotive or customer service industry.
* High computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Pragmatic decision-maker with good technical knowledge.
* Strong numerical aptitude with an extremely high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Flexible approach, willing to carry out various tasks/activities as requested.
* Team player with enthusiasm and commitment to work towards shared objectives.
* Hold a full clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
* High customer satisfaction drive, comfortable negotiating and talking to clients.
