This position is based in our new state-of-the-art Head Office in Maynooth, featuring an open-plan office with collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and easy accessibility by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Conduct thorough quality checks on drawings and documents received from Consultants and Subcontractors in line with established naming conventions.
* Manage document control software system, ensuring all parties receive adequate training to effectively utilise the system.
* Maintain accurate controlled document registers and associated documentation.
* Support Delivery Teams in developing and maintaining essential documents such as drawings, specifications, approvals, and related items.
* Review, update, and verify technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows) for accuracy and edit various files, including contracts.
* Promote confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a Document Controller position or similar role.
* Previous experience within the construction sector is advantageous for this position.
* Excellent organisational skills and task prioritisation ability.
