* Own and manage the firm's social media strategy, including defining goals, creating content, overseeing execution, and ensuring social amplification across platforms.
* Oversee the digital marketing team's execution of high-impact campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
* Optimise website performance and martech tools to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven leadership in B2B environments.
* Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies.
* Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
* Experience in leading digital integration projects across multiple systems.
* Proven experience in developing and executing digital content strategies.
