Commercial Property ManagerThis role is to manage a number of multi-unit properties within the property management portfolio.
Responsibilities include:Annual budget preparation and quarterly expenditure review.Approval of invoices for works completed at properties.Assisting external auditors at service charge year end complete analytical review.Liaising with tenants and clients on a regular basis concerning general operations within the properties.Review of services to properties including negotiation with and tendering contractors in respect of maintenance and service contracts.Preparation of reports in conjunction with the surveyor and accounts manager on a quarterly basis to keep clients informed on the performance of their properties.Liaising with on-site building managers in respect of daily operations, to include monitoring/supervision and performance review.Review of planned preventative maintenance programmes.Implementation and management of Health and Safety and Insurance requirements.Liaising with prospective tenants.Liaising with insurance brokers with any queries which may arise and dealing with loss adjusters in respect of insurance claims.Regular on-site visits/inspections of the properties.Liaising and reporting to senior management and clients on a regular basis, to review the properties' performance.Person SpecificationThis role will suit a qualified property manager with at least 5 years experience in a commercial property management environment.
Qualifications and other attributes considered important to the position are:SCSI or related qualification.Technical knowledge and/or Facilities Management experience.Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent IT and Organisational Skills.A capability for achieving targets and meeting deadlines.Organised task manager who can handle a number of regular deadlines.Location: On-site – Dublin, IRL
