This multidisciplinary consultancy has a vacancy for an Associate Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. Their work can be seen across the region, including residential developments, healthcare, education, and civil projects.
Your new role
* Planning, design, and management of construction projects.
* Conducting feasibility studies and technical investigations of sites to determine the viability of projects.
* Risk and Environmental Impact Assessment.
* Ensuring that sites meet all legal, health, and safety recommendations.
* Managing, directing, and monitoring the progress of projects as they happen.
* Discussing project requirements with other professionals such as architects and clients.
* Leading a team of engineers and designers.
Requirements
* A Degree or Masters in Civil / Structural Engineering.
* 10 years' experience in a design office, working on medium to large scale projects, including residential and commercial projects.
* Proficiency in REVIT/BIM.
* A successful track record of working closely in partnership with clients and contractors.
* A full licence and transport for occasional site visits.
* Previous Irish experience is essential for this role.
* Civil engineering proficiency is preferable, with experience in managing drainage, traffic engineering, and siteworks.
