Project Coordinator / Project Engineer

Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and managing a suite of projects, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and successful outcomes are achieved across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
* Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing projects.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and how project management applies within them.
* Excellent ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach.
