Key Responsibilities:
* P&L responsibility for all projects within area of responsibility
* Reporting directly to the VP Delivery EMEA
* Management of subregional PM team and related resources allocated to the function
* Ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects
* Solution finding on critical issues (projects/products/contract)
* Overall management of project claims and opportunities together with project teams
* Project reporting and review monthly
* Escalation management for subregion (customer/Fluence internal)
* Focusing on safety – meeting the safety KPI; close cooperation with regional and global safety organization
* Traveling throughout EMEA (35%)
Skill Requirements:
* At least 10 years of relevant work experience
* Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering (or equivalent)
* Project management certificate (PMP - PMI or equivalent)
* Strong leadership skills
* Solution orientation
* Risk management/Contract management in projects
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Other language skills can be an advantage
