Job Description
In our Global People organization, we offer 12-week internship opportunities within different functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities.
Opportunities within the Global People Organization
* Global People & Product Service Delivery Team: This team provides support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle.
* People Insights Team: This team works closely with other teams to execute projects across the People Insights organization.
* Talent Acquisition & Management Team (Support Strategic Initiatives): Interns will assist in executing key global initiatives and own and manage one component of a larger initiative from start to finish.
* Total Rewards Team: The Compensation & Benefits Intern will be a critical partner in supporting all aspects of Total Rewards.
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and graduating on or after December 2025.
* Excellent communicator and collaborator with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders.
* Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details.
* Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates.
* Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input.
* Passion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
* Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion.
