Your New Role
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Providing services ranging from feasibility studies to detailed designs through to construction and completion of large national infrastructure projects.
* Working on a wide variety of projects in both the public and private sectors.
* Collaborating with assigned members of the Leadership Team for mentorship as part of either the Graduate Training Programme or direct mentorship post Chartership.
* Ensuring rapid career progression within an expanding team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 3 to 6 years of civil engineering experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A minimum Level 8 Civil Engineering Degree (Hons) and be working towards Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent.
* Customer-focused with growing client relationship management skills.
* Ability to mentor junior staff in developing their technical expertise.
* Good planning and organizational skills.
* A current driver's license is desirable.
