Your New Role
As a member of the Client Services Team in Ireland, you will report directly to the Client Services Team Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing multiple client relationships and ensuring that all aspects of our service align with the terms outlined in their respective Client agreements regarding Transfer Agency. Our department provides third-party fund administration services to numerous fund management companies, encompassing a wide range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.
Requirements for Success
* Prior experience in a client-focused role within the financial services or banking industry is highly desirable.
* Operational experience in a Transfer Agency capacity is an asset.
* A proven track record of building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.
* Effective verbal and numeric skills are required.
* The ability to work under pressure while meeting challenging deadlines.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* The capacity to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
