2. Consistently close new business at or above quota level
3. Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies
4. Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
5. Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
6. Help shape the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
What are the role requirements?
7. 1+ year ofSales experience
8. Fluency in both German and English
9. Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
10. Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
11. Track record of being a high performer ( over quota, President's Club)
