Role Description
Perform IT is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist with fluent German to join our international team. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, communicating with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with current clients and partners. You will work with the team to design and develop new business proposals that will focus on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of increasing the company’s growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with varied future customers.
Responsibilities:
* Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
* Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
* Nurture early-stage opportunities
* Gain interest through outbound cold calling across assigned territory
* Identify key decision makers within new accounts
Experience and Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German for interacting with potential clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience with lead generation and customer service
* Experience in market research and data analysis
* Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts
* Experience using/maintaining a CRM system
* A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
* Experience in IT/technology sales is also an advantage
* Must be fluent in German and English

Additionally, candidates should have strong problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate opportunities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
