Human Resource Business Partner - Permanent - Galway
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the site in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative compliance, employee records, HR best practice – policies and procedures, onboarding.
* Provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.
* Talent management, retention, and development.
* Organisational Design and Effectiveness.
* Employment Legislation and Regulatory Compliance.
* Compensation and Benefits.
* HRIS - employee records on Workday.
* Drive a culture of harmonious employee relations.
* Support and lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork.
* Liaise with industry and academic institutes where necessary.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business, and/or membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
* 3 to 5 years of related experience in Human Resource Support.
