About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in HR systems and Workday implementations to support key enterprise projects. This role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery within HR technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate HR system projects or moderate-scope assignments.
2. Map business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
3. Lead workshops to define detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
4. Create comprehensive requirement specification documents and ensure stakeholder alignment.
5. Conduct needs analysis, process/data modelling, and logical database design.
6. Identify and manage risks, develop realistic project plans, and track progress.
7. Provide training and support to ensure team competency.
Essential Experience & Skills
1. Proven expertise in Workday systems and HR technology.
2. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and new/emerging technologies.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational challenges.
4. Proficiency in relational databases, process/data modelling, and project management tools.
5. Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
