Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate data entry and processing of logistics paperwork
* Coordinating orders for efficient distribution
* Troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues promptly
* Tracking and logging returns
* Managing customer queries and complaints relating to deliveries
* Liaising with drivers, yard staff, and internal teams (sales, admin, etc.)
* Identifying areas for improvement in logistics processes
