Retail Data Reporting Analyst
Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry and Product Maintenance:
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and product maintenance on various reports and retail systems.
* Product and Pricing Management:
* Improve data quality by accurately coding products and pricing, and ensure the product and price file is continuously maintained.
* Sales Importing, Reporting & Analysis:
* Import sales invoices, code them accurately and perform checks to ensure timely delivery of reports and files.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a commercial administration role.
* Previous data entry and analysis experience in a retail environment with knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A highly driven individual with a strong work ethic, able to take ownership and accountability for tasks.
* Strong attention to detail required.
This is a fixed-term contract for 3-6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Retail team in achieving targeted KPIs and objectives through accurate data management and business report analysis.
