Join Our Accounting & Finance Recruitment Team
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our high-performing Accounting & Finance team in Dublin. In this role, you will focus on sourcing top finance and accounting professionals for positions, leveraging a strong and well-established client base with immediate opportunities to make an impact.
Your Role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Sourcing high-caliber accounting and finance candidates through advertising, search, and networking.
- Conducting candidate interviews, selection, and assessment.
- Driving business development with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Developing deep expertise in the accounting and finance sector, staying up to date with market trends.
- Preparing candidates and clients for interviews to ensure the best match.
- Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Maintaining and updating our recruitment database.
What We're Looking For
- Strong business development experience
- Accounting & Finance recruitment experience
- Proven track record in a 360° agency recruitment role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a drive to succeed
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
