Job Title: Plumber (Social Housing)
A leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland is seeking a skilled Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high-quality service to tenants within domestic properties that are either occupied or void.
* Capture and communicate any additional work to the relevant person for invoicing purposes.
* Ensure compliance with timeframes, target dates, materials, and workmanship schedules.
* Maintain and care for company tools, use appropriate safety equipment, and ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contract administrators, and head office staff.
* Be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.
* Coordinate and organize materials, complete site-based documentation accurately and on time, and oversee apprentice training as required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber with:
* A Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification.
* Previous trades experience in a similar role.
* Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and Health and Safety legislation.
* A valid Full & Clean UK driving license and CSR Card.
* Experience working within the Social Housing sector is desirable but not essential.
