Key Responsibilities:

4. Develop opportunities for project services and contract placements.
5. Stay ahead of market trends by attending conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
6. Support the preparation of proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company objectives.
7. Contribute to business strategies and goal setting, identifying new markets and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree in engineering (or a related technical field) preferred.
2. Proven business development, sales, or recruitment experience in life sciences or engineering sectors.
3. Strong industry knowledge and an established network in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
