Human Resources Executive (Higher Executive Officer)
The Citizens Information Board seeks a skilled Human Resources Executive to join their team.
The Citizens Information Board is the statutory body responsible for ensuring the provision of independent and accurate information, advice, and advocacy services. We fund 22 independent service delivery companies, including the network of Citizens Information Services (CIS), the Money Advice and Budgeting Services (MABS), National Traveller MABS, the National Advocacy Service (NAS), the Sign Language Interpreting Service (SLIS), and the Register of Sign Language Interpreters (RISLI).
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a role in a collaborative and dynamic working environment. The HR Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing the Citizen Information Board's Pension Schemes and Salary budget while executing an HR Business Partner Function.
Main Responsibilities
1. Efficiently manage the Citizen Information Board's Pension Schemes and Salary budget.
2. Execute an HR Business Partner Function, providing expert advice and guidance to the organization.
3. Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Senior Management Team as required.
4. Report directly to the HR Manager.
Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of HR principles and practices is essential, along with experience in managing pension schemes and salary budgets.
Working Conditions
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based at the Citizens Information Board, George's Quay House, Dublin 02.
