Maintenance Coordinator
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled Maintenance Coordinator, working with a client based in South Dublin. If you have a trade background, strong IT skills, and experience in maintenance or facilities management, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular site visits to retail properties across Dublin to ensure they are maintained to high standards.
* Cary out minor repairs such as fixing leaks, touching up paintwork, and other small maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate and oversee larger repair projects with external contractors.
* Built and maintain strong relationships with tenants and contractors.
* Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Assist with office administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, and updating maintenance records.
* Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
* Participate in the planning and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
* A trade background (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.) with hands-on maintenance experience.
* Experience in facilities management or hotel maintenance is highly desirable.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with tenants and contractors.
* A full driving licence - essential, as a company car is provided.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
