Job Title: Digital Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our Digital Sales team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals through a seamless digital buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and transact business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs.
* Qualify and map important partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals.
* Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
* Create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management.
* Manage leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management and organization.
* Represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate needs of customers.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience with sales and a passion for learning.
* French or German and English (native proficiency).
* Outbound calling experience.
* Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
* Team player.
* Ability to cooperate with other teams.
* Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close.
