Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager and Stock Controller to oversee inventory management and distribution operations for EasyGo.
This role is critical to ensuring that stock levels are accurately maintained and efficiently distributed to support our field staff and operations.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all stock, including raw materials, spare parts, tools, and finished products.
Conduct regular stock takes to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimise stock levels and minimise waste.
Warehouse Operations: Organise and manage the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and ensure the safe storage of goods.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational and field staff needs.
Support deliveries and record delivery intakes.
Distribution Coordination: Plan and oversee the distribution of stock to field staff, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Collaborate with field teams to understand their stock requirements and respond to urgent requests.
Develop and maintain a tracking system for distributed items to ensure accountability.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular inventory and distribution reports for management review.
Analyse inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, or excess stock.
Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Leadership and team management experience.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Familiarity with EV components and industry standards (preferred).
