Responsibilities
1. You will be the interface between the construction, operations and client teams - keeping them briefed on works that may impact their racks in a live DC during construction.
2. Attend & lead project meetings ensuring clear communication & follow-up on actions.
3. Acting on behalf of the Client, you will monitor the performance of the Professional Team and Contractors, providing regular updates.
4. Prepare regular quality and progress reports, advising the Client on necessary decisions and securing required authorisations.
About You
1. Excellent communication skills are essential along with solid engineering knowledge & confidence to explain engineering processes to stakeholders.
2. Previous Project Management experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, professional teams and contractors.
4. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
