EA to Managing Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide exceptional support to our Managing Partner.
The Role
* Detailed diary management, including organising meetings and providing support on planning for external events
* Organising all travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and local transportation, as well as expense claims and business-related functions
* Email monitoring and management of the MP's email inbox, flagging items for attention and drafting certain email responses on behalf of the MP
* Working closely with the MP to ensure adequate support is provided for all interactions, including preparation of meeting briefs, itineraries, weekly updates, and other administrative activities
* Scheduling of meetings, taking minutes and notes, and sharing and storing them appropriately
Document Production
* Working on Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
The Candidate
* Will be resilient and able to remain calm in highly pressured situations
* Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, competing tasks, and stakeholders at once
* Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels within the firm
* Be professional and flexible, working in a methodical manner and maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
* Have meticulous attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy in all skills
* Be proactive and have the ability to work independently while maintaining close contact with their manager and colleagues
* Be confident with a high level of proficiency in MS Office
Requirements
* Extensive EA/PA experience, ideally supporting Partners and/or senior management within a professional services organisation
* Initiative-led role with the ability to provide exceptional support without detailed monitoring and instruction
