We are seeking a driven business development candidate to join our European team, working with net new clients, in pursuit of our vision of delivering the human-led AI platform for market research.
Customer acquisition & revenue growth are key performance indicators for this role.
A pipeline exercise will form part of the interview process.
Market research industry experience (either within a research agency or delivering research programs within a brand) is preferred for this position. Candidates who have not met this requirement will need to show an ability to understand the “Research Buyer’s” need and match the Bounce solution to this need.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation: Creating a pipeline of net new customers for Bounce, across sectors through lead generation, event marketing, content marketing and pipeline management.
Customer Acquisition: End-to-end execution of sales cycle to deliver net new customers.
Research Sales: Taking business questions or research objectives from brands and converting into viable research projects to go live on the Bounce platform, as part of a wider team. Experience with survey design, scripting, audience selection, quota control, data delivery and result analysis are all considered a plus.
Teamwork: Working within a multi-function team to serve the broad needs of our business across product, operations, billing, marketing.
Product Proficiency: Use of Bounce platform, including proprietary AI technologies, to solve client problems. Working with in-house development team to test new features, offer proactive feedback and represent client needs in product road mapping.

Technology Sales: Experience in B2B technology/SaaS sales is preferred.
Industry Context: Book of contacts as initial leads / early wins, across sectors.
Project Management: Comfort in coordinating complex projects, with both internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining excellent levels of detail, at high volume & with high degree of autonomy.
Growth Mindset: Ability to adapt, learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
Vision & Values Alignment: Bought in on our vision, our product and our values as a company.
This is a full-time position based at our Bounce HQ in Dublin.
We operate a hybrid working week - 3 days office, 2 days remote/optional.
