Job Title: HR Generalist
CREGG is recruiting an experienced HR Generalist to join a busy manufacturing company in Athenry. This full-time contract will require the candidate to be based on-site, working 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-2pm on Friday.
About the Role:
* Coordinate and deliver key elements of HR operational processes: Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on Human Resource practices.
* Work with managers to ensure employees have meaningful performance reviews and development plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the HR Administrator in scheduling employee inductions, contracts, and ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
2. Manage employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Proactively monitor and update internal HR policy to align with current legislation and corporate requirements.
4. Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and be a point of contact for general HR queries.
Requirements:
* A third-level diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management is essential.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
* Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law is necessary.
Key Skills:
* Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office key packages.
Salary:
€50,000 - €60,000 per annum
