Car Park Attendant
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Car Park Attendant to manage our car park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the car park and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Directing customers to available parking spaces and providing guidance as needed
* Ensuring the car park is clean and tidy at all times
* Reporting any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel
* Responding to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Hours of work: 30 hours over 3 days (3/7), or 40 hours over 4 days (4/7)
