Job Description
ULearn is now opening dialogues with experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
* PPC Google Ads are multilingual & multinational (Portuguese / Spanish / Italian / French and other languages are a big plus)
* Our content and reach is multinational and multilingual which presents the successful candidate with an interesting and challenging set of problems to solve
* You will report direct to the CEO. As such there are opportunities for the activated candidate to expand their role

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to our customers via Google Ads
* Once progress is being made discuss rollout of Bing, Instagram, Facebook Ads
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing & sales verticals to assess against goals (Return on engagement and KPIs)
* Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 6-12 months (Extendible based on performance review)
Bonus Pay: In addition to basic salary €1,000/Mth Performance Bonus based on reaching reasonable & agreed up sales targets
Schedule: 09:00-17:30 / Flexitime (role is primarily performance based)
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing PPC, Search, Display etc Campaign types, SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social media
* Experience in setting up and optimising channel campaigns
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
* Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
* Experience with A/B and multivariate campaign tests
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
* Knowledge of design programmes like Photoshop, InDesign
* Working knowledge of Demand-Side Platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, RocketFuel, MediaMath, AAP)
* Experience in marketing automation and lead nurturing, working with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong Skills in
* Analysis - Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Detail Driven - Optimizing existing and suggesting improvements to user funnels
* Knowledge - identify emerging tech and provide thought leadership perspective for adoption where appropriate
* Evaluation - Ability to iterate changes based on data

Education: Bachelor's Degree (or experience level in lieu thereof)
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years Proven success in PPC, SEO & Digital Marketing experience
