Your new company Hays has been retained to recruit a Project Architect for a large, well known Architectural Practice with offices in Dublin and Cork.
Your New Role
We are seeking a confident and forward-thinking Architect to join our Cork studio and contribute to a multi-disciplinary major projects design team. Responsibilities include:
* Working both autonomously and with direction to achieve desired results.
* Collaborating with design team, stakeholders and senior architects.
* Overseeing junior team members and offering mentorship.
* Performing site visits.
* Project delivery, planning and budgeting.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Min 5 years' experience with an emphasis on strong technical and building experience in a range of sectors plus Part 3 qualification.
* Must be proficient in Revit and BIM.
* Track record in delivering projects of scale.
* Experience on site essential.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
* Excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, a thorough, diligent approach to work and driven to see things through to completion.
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment.
* Conscientious and respectful in communications, with excellent collaborative skills.
* Motivated to achieve best in class design, construction, and project execution.
* Willingness to take advantage of development opportunities.
* The ability to think systematically and to interpret complex information is essential.
