We are seeking an experienced Bars Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Objective of the Role:
To ensure day-to-day operations for all bars and associated areas/functions are carried out in line with property and Group standards.
Main Duties:
* To deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, and courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay.
* To maintain high standards of licensing compliance, meeting legislative requirements professionally.
* To oversee cash handling, stock management, float drops, and related procedures, ensuring security and accuracy.
* To lead staff development and training, ensuring the team delivers exceptional quality standards and customer experiences.
* To uphold and enhance the hotel's culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts.
