Our client, a public sector services provider based in Dublin West, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR guidance and support to assigned business areas
* Utilize employment law and policy/procedure knowledge to advise on best solutions
* Analyze and prepare HR performance management data to share findings
* Assist in the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives
* Contribute to workforce planning as needed
* Advise on recruitment and retention strategies
* Support management in dealing with employee relations issues
* Manage recruitment processes from drafting role specs to candidate selection
* Develop and deliver internal training courses as required
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Human Resources or Business/Commerce
* 5+ years relevant HR experience
* A full Category B driving licence
* Public Sector experience desirable but not essential
* Industrial Relations experience highly desirable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
