Job Description:
The CSR Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors. The company has been steadily growing over the last 20 years, delivering quality projects throughout this period.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager to develop, review, and update contract programmes in accordance with contract requirements. Key responsibilities include planning and maintaining weekly/monthly programmes, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on programme, on budget, and snag-free.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service.
2. Manage the design of the project and collaborate with the commercial team.
3. Provide visible leadership, managing the site team and supply chain.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
* Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or relevant discipline.
* Ambitious and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills.
* Track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
* Appropriate safety training and qualification for the nature of the works.
* Working knowledge of planning & programming, commercial, and contractual awareness.
