Commodity Manager Position in North Dublin
Main Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for developing the supplier base and supporting the growing demand at our manufacturing sites (USA and Ireland).
* You will act as a focal point between sourcing, manufacturing operations, quality & engineering and lead cross-functional projects.
* You are expected to perform end-to-end supplier management to ensure delivery, quality and cost targets are achieved today, and in the future.
* You will interact with the commodity management team on an ongoing basis, aligning on demand pooling, price negotiations, global commodity strategy.
About This Role:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
* A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
* A minimum of 8 years' professional experience in a related field is required.
* Expertise in commodities such as metals, EMS, plastics etc. would be an advantage.
* Up to 20% travel may be required.
