The role is based in Co. Kildare, with flexible working arrangements allowing staff to balance office and remote work. Staff are required to be available for meetings and/or work from the office approximately 4 days per month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement of training, research, and networking events
* Coordinate network stakeholders, primarily managing Offshore Wind academy training operations
* Support Skills Manager and lead key objectives in the Offshore Wind Skills Special Project Strategy
* Create, file, and manage service level agreements/contracts
* Assist Skills Manager on Irish and EU calls for proposals related to workforce design development and research
* Prepare funding proposals, financial statements, and records on progress, status, or other special reports
* Provide direction and mentorship to junior staff members, setting project management milestones and guiding operational activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
* 2+ years post-graduation work experience
* Strong project management skills, including financial and commercial management, risk analysis, and communication
* Interpersonal skills, stakeholder relationship management, and presentation/meeting management
* Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
* Previous procurement experience
* Able to work independently or in a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and customer service focus
Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
