The Role
Reporting to the Product Design Lead, the Graphic Designer will work with the team to manage the creation and execution of visually compelling designs across various digital marketing and internal communication channels. You will be a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong visual storytelling abilities, a deep understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to produce high-quality static and motion assets for diverse marketing needs.
What you’ll be doing
* Collaborating with the product, marketing, and sales teams to conceptualize and implement visually compelling design solutions
* Designing creative assets for social media, including posts, carousels, event announcements, company updates, and award announcements
* Creating engaging motion graphics and video content for sales enablement, employer branding, and promotional campaigns
* Developing branded design templates for HubSpot emails, including newsletters, webinars, company updates, and customer reviews
* Designing static and animated banners for marketing campaigns, webinars, and paid media ads
* Creating assets for paid media campaigns, including static and video ads for PMax and other digital advertising platforms
* Designing marketing materials such as ebooks, reports, one-pagers, and sales enablement content
* Supporting internal communications by designing assets for HR campaigns, including new hire posts, promotions, hiring announcements, and recruitment materials
* Assisting with design requests for Pendo banners and Salesforce tasks, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across digital touchpoints
* Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all marketing and product designs, following established guidelines
* Staying updated on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output
What you’ll need
* Proven experience in graphic design, motion design, or a related field
* A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and motion design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
* Experience in designing for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media advertising
* Solid understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Experience working with HubSpot, Pendo, and Salesforce design tasks is a plus
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
