Job Description:
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join the Retail marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and deliver the instore marketing strategy along with the Retail Marketing Manager.
* Work closely with the retail & marketing team to ensure that Communications strategies are aligned with marketing and sales targets.
* Plan, launch, and manage promotional campaigns across various channels.
* Manage the production and delivery of original, lifestyle products content for our retail channels: still & motion.
* Develop execution plans for ATL-led campaigns through the retail channels.
* Manage the updates of all instore digital content.
* Work with Three's product teams to understand new product launches and help with development of promotional materials as needed.
* Define and develop the Three brand image and values for Ireland within the various retail channels.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and retail locations.
* Monitor brand presence and display standards in the retail channels.
* Manage Retail marketing budget, with a focus on maximizing costs and return on investments for all materials.
* Evaluate brand presence through regular store visits in all channels.
* Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.
* Support with the development of visual merchandising standards.
* Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives for the retail Channel
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Retail marketing, Telco, FMCG or creative agency an advantage.
* Familiar with digital analytic tools, eg excel and Adobe Analytics.
* Understanding of digital marketing and analytics, and optimisation.
* Experience in working with a creative team: planning, briefing, reviewing.
* Ability to drive projects from concept through implementation, to analyse results and provide strong rationale for recommendations.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Experience in the development of POS and customer facing communications.
